Returns Policy

We strive to quality check each product going out into the world, but if we have missed anything, and you have received a faulty item, please email us at hello@unawatuna.com.au with your order number, a description and photo/video of the fault, so that we can arrange for it to be repaired or replaced.

Returns are accepted for faults only, and must take place within 14 days of receiving the goods. We encourage you to open and inspect your product as soon as you get it, and be in touch straight away if there are any issues. 

The item must be in new and unused condition. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item cannot be repaired and it is no longer in stock, an alternative style of equal value may be requested, or a credit or refund will be issued.

Unawatuna does not accept returns for change of mind, so please chose carefully. 

 

Shipping your item back to us? 

For large items such as Umbrellas and Chairs, we will organise pick up using our courier account and send you the relevant paperwork. For smaller items, we will refund the cost of the shipping if the product is deemed faulty.
